Fractional entitlement applicable to share consolidation
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 22 June 2022, 2 June 2022 and 11
April 2022 regarding a circular incorporating a share consolidation, an increase in
authorised share capital, a company name change , appointment of directors and approval
of non-executive directors remuneration which was distributed to shareholders on 11 April
2022.
The cash fractional payment applicable to the share consolidation was determined with
reference to the volume weighted traded price on the JSE on, Wednesday, 6 July 2022
(being the weighted average traded price for Last Day to Trade + 1 day) of 33 cents per
share, discounted by 10% ("Fractional Price"). Shareholders are accordingly advised that
the Fractional price is 30 cents per share (33 cents per share discounted by 10%).
