an announcement in respect of the distribution of a circular to shareholders relating to the transformative
B-BBEE ownership transaction named Old Mutual Bula Tsela, seSotho for “open or pave the way”
(“Transaction”), containing a notice of a general meeting of shareholders to be held by electronic
participation only at 10:00 (South African Standard Time) on Friday, 12 August 2022.
Old Mutual is the ultimate holding company of Old Mutual Insure.
