RE: ADMINISTRATION PROGRESS REPORT
Hwange Colliery Company Limited “the Company” (formerly Wankie Colliery Company
Limited) is incorporated in the Republic of Zimbabwe. The Company was placed under
administration in terms of the Reconstruction of State-Indebted Companies Act [Chapter
24:27] on 26 October 2018. Its Listing on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange was suspended on
2 November 2018.
Currently the company has no board of directors and its suspension on the Zimbabwe Stock
Exchanges continues. The administration team is still working on resuscitating the company.
