Correction Announcement: Tap Issue
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 July 2022
(“the previous announcement”), in relation to the Tap Issue of the RED705 notes.
The Issuer wishes to notify the RED704 & RED705 noteholders that the reference
to the Bond Code and Coupon contained in the previous announcement was incorrect.
The correct Bond Code is RED704, henceforth the Tap Issue was in relation to the
RED704 note and not the RED705 note.
The correct Coupon for RED704 is 10.833% (3 Month JIBAR as at 19 Apr 2022 of
4.383% plus 650 bps)
