RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Ms. Thiroshnee Naidoo has resigned as Company secretary with effect from 31 July 2022 in order to
pursue other interests. We wish her well in her future endeavours.
The Company will begin the process of appointing a replacement for Ms Naidoo and shareholders will
be advised of the appointment of a new Company secretary in due course.
