CHANGE TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHANGE TO BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders are advised that:
- Ms Catherine Lloyd will resign as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") while retaining her position on
the board of Rex Trueform and her role as a legal and strategic advisor to the Company with effect
from 31 July 2022. The Board wishes to thank Catherine Lloyd for her contribution in stepping into
the role of CEO and leading the business at an extremely challenging time during and following the
covid pandemic. The Company has been meaningfully repositioned, and its strength as a sustainable
long-term business is significantly improved with a solid foundation from which to move forward.
The board looks forward to her continued contribution to the Company.
- Mr Marcel Golding has been appointed as the chief executive officer of the company in Ms Lloyd's
stead. Mr Golding, who is the current Chairperson of Rex Trueform, will assume the position of
CEO with effect from 1 August 2022 and has therefore resigned as the chairman of the board of
directors of the Company with effect from 31 July 2022.
- Mr Patrick Naylor has been appointed as the independent non-executive chairman of the board of
directors of the Company on an interim basis; and
= Mr Golding has also resigned as the chair of the nomination committee and a member of the
remuneration committee with Mr Patrick Naylor being appointed in his stead.
