CLN365 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will
be partially de-listed in the amount of ZAR19,600,000 (the
“Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited effective 01 August 2022.
The partial de-listing of the Note is due to the fact that
Standard Bank, as the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns
the Redeemed Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of
CLN365 in issue is ZAR73,000,000. The “pay date” (as such term
is defined in the Debt Listings Requirements) was 25 July 2022.
