DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY PSG ASSET MANAGEMENT (PTY)

In accordance with section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 ("Companies Act”), shareholders are
hereby advised that Tongaat Hulett has received formal notification in the prescribed form
from PSG Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, advising that it has disposed of a beneficial interest
in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by PSG Asset Management (Pty) Ltd now amounts to 7.78% of
the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the required notice will be filed
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
