RENEWAL CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 28 June 2022, shareholders are advised that
negotiations are still in progress regarding the potential acquisition by Motus of 100% of the shares in an Aftermarket
Parts business for cash, which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.
Shareholders are cautioned that there is no certainty at this stage that the Offer will lead to a formal transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
