NOTIFICATION OF MANDATORY AUDIT FIRM ROTATION FOR THE FINANCIAL
YEAR ENDING 31 DECEMBER 2023
In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Ltd
(“JSE”), shareholders are hereby advised that following the
conclusion of a comprehensive tender process, the Mpact Audit and
Risk Committee has recommended, and the Mpact Board of directors
has endorsed, the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers
Inc.(PwC), with Saffiyah Bootha as designated audit partner, as
the external auditors of the Company for the financial year ending
31 December 2023, effective 1 January 2023. The appointment is
subject to shareholder approval at Mpact’s next annual general
meeting.
The incumbent external auditors, Deloitte & Touche (Deloitte) will
continue to serve as Mpact’s external auditor in respect of the
current financial year ending 31 December 2022.
