RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of L2D (“the Board”) hereby notify its shareholders that Dr Puleng Makhoalibe has tendered
her resignation as an independent non-executive director of the Company and member of the Social,
Ethics and Transformation Committee with effect from 11 August 2022 to focus on her coaching and
consulting practice.
The Board wishes to express its gratitude and appreciation to Dr Makhoalibe for her contribution to L2D
during her term of office.
