Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Willem van den Berg, in his capacity as Group Chief Financial Officer of Liberty, has been
appointed as Debt Officer of Liberty with effect from 10 August 2022.
The Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
