BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Delta (“Board”) has resolved to separate the Audit,
Risk and Compliance committee into a Risk and Compliance Committee and an Audit Committee with effect
from 19 August 2022 and the board committees will be constituted as follows:

RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In addition, Ms Nooraya Khan will retire as non-executive director of the Board with effect from 30 November
2022.
The Board wishes to thank Nooraya for her contribution to the Company.
Following Ms Khan’s retirement and with effect from 1 December 2022, the following board committees will
be re-constituted as follows:
