board of the Issuer wishes to advise that Mr. Nicolas Gunning has been
appointed as the non-executive Director of the issuer effective from 18
August 2022.
Mr. Gunning is an award-winning senior banker with an in-depth understanding and
knowledge of structured finance, banking products and services and the debt capital
markets having analyzed, pitched, structured, rated, funded and traded across a
range of funding structures, asset classes and corporates as the current head of
Securitization at the Standard Bank of South Africa.
