NOTIFICATION OF SHARE DEALINGS BY ASSOCIATES OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
notified that the:
- trustees of the Teal Property Trust (an associate of Mr Kenneth Russell Collins (“Mr Collins”), a
non-executive director of the Company); and
- Mr Collins,
(collectively, the "Sellers"), have respectively disposed of 21,279 and 484,865 ordinary shares in the
Company to Redbill Holdings Proprietary Limited (the “Buyer”), a company associated to Mr. Kenneth
Russell Collins. Details of the dealings are as follows:
Name of associate Sellers: the trustees for the time being of the Teal Property Trust and Mr
Collins
Relationship to associate: Mr Collins is a trustee and beneficiary of the Teal Property Trust and
a non-executive Director of the Company
Name of associate Buyer: Redbill Holdings Proprietary Limited
Relationship to associate: Mr Collins, is a director of the Buyer
