Vista Finco (RF) Limited has registered a Multi-Issuer Note Programme (“Master Programme”) and a
ZAR 15 000 000 000 Applicable Issuer Supplement (“AIS”) with the JSE Limited (“JSE”).
Notes will be issued on the Interest Rate Market under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Master Programme,
read together with the AIS.
The Master Programme and AIS are available for viewing at the registered office of the Issuer and may also be
