CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, debt investors are advised that Old
Mutual Insure has appointed Lerato Bacela as the financial director of Old Mutual Insure with effect from 1 October
2022.
The appointment was made in line with Old Mutual Insure’s nomination policy.
The board of directors welcomes Lerato and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
