UPDATE: DISPOSAL OF ALTRON DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published by the Company on 17 March 2022 and 26 May
2022 wherein the Company notified shareholders of a Category 2 transaction relating to the disposal of Altron
Document Solutions and its interest in Genbiz Trading 1001 Proprietary Limited to Bi-Africa Investment
Holdings Proprietary Limited (“the Parties”).
The Parties previously agreed that the conditions precedent would be fulfilled by 31 August 2022. However,
the Parties are awaiting regulatory approval from the Zimbabwe Competition and Tariff Commission and as a
result, the Parties have agreed to extend the fulfilment of the conditions precedent to 28 February 2023.
