CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: NEW APPOINTMENT
Shareholders are advised that Ms. Dimakatso Qocha has been appointed to the board as
an independent non-executive director with effect from Thursday, 1 September 2022.
Adv. Dimakatso Qocha is a former ICASA Councillor and an ICT Policy and Regulatory
Specialist. She was also the Deputy Executive Director of the National Association of
Broadcasters. She has extensive experience in the ICT sector and broadcasting regulatory
environment and served on various boards in the media industry. Dimakatso among
others holds an LLB degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Interpretation and Drafting of
Contracts and Masters in ICT Policy and Regulation.
