Shareholders and noteholders are advised that due to mandatory audit firm rotation as required by the
Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors, Fortress has appointed KPMG Inc. as the company's external
auditors, replacing Deloitte & Touche commencing from the 2023 financial year. KPMG, represented by
Roxanne Solomon, has been appointed with effect from 30 August 2022.
