The announcement below is made in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
Resignation of company secretary
Motif Capital Partners have resigned as company secretary with effect from 31 August 2022. The board
of Texton (the “Board”) thanks them for their contributions.
Appointment of company secretary
CorpStat Governance Services (Pty) Ltd have been appointed as company secretary with effect from 1
September 2022. CorpStat, represented by William Somerville, provides outsourced company
secretarial and corporate governance services. William is a qualified chartered secretary and holds an
FCIS, ACMA and a Diploma in Corporate Law (UJ). He was formerly Group Company Secretary of
Absa, a position he held for 12 years until October 2007. He has 34 years’ experience in company
secretarial and corporate governance matters
The Board welcomes CorpStat and looks forward to their contributions to Texton.
