SECTION 122 – NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF SHARES
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company confirms that it has
received the following notice in accordance with Section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 that
Mr L Pieton has disposed of a portion of his beneficial interest in the Company down to 8.96%.
As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, TeleMasters will file the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
