AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION
In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Shoprite Holdings
advises that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for Dr Anna Mokgokong
has been amended to state that a company of which she has been a director in the past 12 months,
being Rebosis Property Fund Limited, has been placed into business rescue.
The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
