RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mr Damien Terblanche (“Mr Terblanche”) has
resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 30 September
2022.
The board of directors of AEEI wishes to thank Mr Terblanche
for his services and wish him the very best going forward.
The Company will begin the process of appointing a suitable
replacement for Mr Terblanche and shareholders will be advised
of the appointment of a new Company Secretary in due course.
