Notification of change to directors’ declaration
Shareholders are hereby notified of a change to the directors’ declaration of Dr Anna Mokgokong which
is required to be announced on SENS in terms of paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
The change is to item 16 of the director’s declaration which relates to any company having been put
into liquidation or been placed under business rescue proceedings or had an administrator or other
executor appointed during the period of the individual’s directorship (or within the preceding 12 months).
Rebosis Property Fund Limited (“Rebosis”), has been placed in voluntary Business Rescue with effect
from 26 August 2022. Dr Mokgokong retired as an independent non-executive of Rebosis, at its last
Annual General Meeting held on 31 May 2022.
