AMENDMENT TO DIRECTORS’ DECLARATIONS
In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, and following the
announcement released by the Company on SENS on 26 August 2022 advising shareholders that the
Board has resolved to commence with voluntary business rescue proceedings, Rebosis confirms that
the Schedule 13 directors’ declarations (“Directors’ Declarations”) of the following directors have been
amended: K Keshav; O Tshabalala; A Magwentshu; P Serote; Z Kogo; L Pengilly; O Mosetlhi; S Mqina;
S Naidoo; and M Burton.
Paragraph 16 of the Directors’ Declarations, which relates to a company being placed under liquidation
or business rescue, has been amended as a result of Rebosis commencing voluntary business rescue
proceedings. The amended Directors’ Declarations are in the process of being submitted to the JSE.
