UPDATE TO SCHEDULE 13 DIRECTORS DECLARATION
In compliance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Dr Anna Mokgokong has informed AfroCentric that she retired as a director of
Rebosis Property Fund Limited (“Rebosis”) with effect from 31 May 2022. Subsequently, on
26 August 2022, Rebosis announced that the then board of directors of Rebosis had resolved
on 24 August 2022 to commence with voluntary business rescue proceedings. Item 16 of Dr
Mokgokong’s Schedule 13 directors declaration has been updated to show that Dr Mokgokong
had been a director of Rebosis within the 12 months preceding the commencement of
voluntary business rescue proceedings by Rebosis.
