FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE DISTRIBUTION FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2022
Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the declaration announcement released on SENS on Tuesday,
30 August 2022 and the circular distributed to shareholders in respect of a scrip distribution ("Scrip
Distribution"), with an alternative cash distribution option ("Cash Distribution").
Shareholders holding shares on the South African share register will receive the Cash Distribution in South African
Rand converted from Euro at an exchange rate of ZAR17.0459:EUR1.00. Accordingly, the gross Cash
Distribution will be equivalent to 24.92111 ZAR cents per share.
The information provided in this paragraph is only of direct application to shareholders on the South African share
register. The gross local Cash Distribution amount is 24.92111 ZAR cents per share for shareholders exempt from
paying South African dividends tax. The net local Cash Distribution amount is 19.93689 ZAR cents per share for
shareholders liable for dividends tax at a rate of 20%.
