UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the various announcements released on SENS, the most recent of which is
dated 7 September 2022 (and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated herein) pertaining
to, inter alia, the Prudential Authority’s application to place Constantia Insurance Company Limited (“CICL”)
into liquidation (“Application”), which Application was expected to be set down for 13 September 2022.
Shareholders are advised that today, the High Court granted a provisional liquidation order (“Order”).
Given that CICL is Conduit Capital’s main subsidiary, and the uncertainty of the impact of the Order on
Conduit Capital, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Conduit Capital
securities until a further announcement is made.
