CHANGES IN DIRECTORSHIP
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, Bidvest advises that
Nonzukiso Siyotula (“Zukie”), shall be stepping down from the board as non-executive director and
member of the Audit Committee effective 25 November 2022, at the conclusion of forthcoming
annual general meeting in line with the retirement by rotation provisions of the Company’s
memorandum of incorporation.
Sibongile Masinga (“Bongi”), having served as an independent non-executive director for nine years,
will retire from the Bidvest Board on conclusion of forthcoming annual general meeting, effective 25
November 2022, in accordance with the Group director tenure policy.
The board thanks Bongi and Zukie for their contribution to Bidvest over their respective tenure of
service and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
