NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors (the “Board”) of the Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that Mr. Richard Pampel has been
appointed as a non-executive director to the Board with effect from 30 September 2022 in order to
fill a vacancy following the resignation of Ms. Anushuya Gounden.
The Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr. Pampel was done in accordance with the Issuer’s
nomination policy.
