Completion of the Sale of Analysys Mason
Datatec, the international Information and Communications Technology Company, refers shareholders to the
Category 1 disposal of Analysys Mason announced on the Stock Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 30 June
2022 (the "Transaction"). The Transaction was approved by shareholders on 2 September 2022 at a General
Meeting, as announced on SENS.
Datatec is pleased to announce that the Transaction has completed, with effect from today, 27 September 2022.
As previously stated, the net disposal proceeds received by Datatec pursuant to completion of the Transaction
will be returned to shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable. The board will issue an announcement in this
regard in due course.
