Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 13 September 2022 wherein they were advised of the
postponement of the presentation of Cell C Proprietary Limited’s annual results for the 2021 financial year as well as
the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022.
The presentation will take place on Thursday, 29 September 2022 at 14h00 and the link for the webcast is as follows:

The results announcement will be followed by an investor roadshow which will take place on Monday, the 3rd of
