Further to Shoprite Holdings’ reviewed results for the 52 weeks to 3 July 2022, released
on SENS on 6 September 2022 (“Reviewed Results”), the audited annual financial
statements are now available on the Company’s website at

The annual financial statements and the audit report of the independent auditor,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc, contain no modifications to the aforementioned Reviewed
Results and independent auditor’s review report.
A further announcement will be released once the integrated annual report,
incorporating the notice of annual general meeting, is distributed to shareholders.
