EXTENSION OF PUBLICATION OF BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 8 September 2022 giving notice of the first
meeting of creditors held on 13 September 2022, Rebosis shareholders are advised that creditors have
approved an extension of time within which the joint business rescue practitioners (“Joint BRPs”) must
publish the business rescue plan (“BR Plan”) in accordance with the provisions of section 150(5)(b) of
the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008.
The BR Plan is expected to be published on or about Friday, 4 November 2022.
