CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Ms MDS Ramoetlo has resigned as Hulamin’s Company Secretary with effect from
30 September 2022.
The Hulamin Board wishes to thank Ms Ramoetlo for her service.
Shareholders are further advised that Zibandakanye Consulting (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as the
interim Company Secretary with effect from 1 October 2022.
