Changes to the board committees
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, it is with great
pleasure that the board of directors of the company (“the Board”) wishes to advise
shareholders that Mr Oluwatomisun (“Tomi”) Amosun (“Mr Amosun) has been appointed as
the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 30 September 2022,
pursuant to the retirement of Ms Kholeka Mzondeki at the company’s annual general
meeting held on 19 August 2022.
Mr Amosun has been a member of the Audit and Risk Committee since 2017 and has
extensive finance and accounting skills and experience as a qualified Chartered
Accountant.
The Board trusts that Mr Amosun will add great value in the role as Chairman of the Audit and
Risk Committee and looks forward to his contribution in this regard.
