CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 22 February 2022, where shareholders were
informed that Mr Herman Singh would be stepping down as an independent non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 30 September 2022.
The board of directors of 4Sight has therefore approved the following resultant changes to the board committees
with effect from 3 October 2022:
- Dr Sidharth Sharma has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee; and
- Mr Christopher Crowe has been appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.
