NOTICE OF AVAILIAIBILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
SANRAL hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released its Integrated Report 2022,
incorporating the audited annual financial statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 31 March 2022.
The Auditor-General of South Africa, being the auditors of SANRAL, has issued an unqualified audit
report and has concluded that SANRAL’s financial statements present fairly, in all material respects,
the financial position of the Company as at 31 March 2022.
In addition, the following matters were raised in the audit report and the auditors’ opinion was not
modified in respect of these matters:
• an emphasis of matter relating to material impairments of R9.6 billion which were
recognised as a result of expected credit losses; and
• a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on SANRAL’s ability to continue as a
concern.
The Integrated Report 2022, incorporating the AFS and the audit report, are available on SANRAL’s

registered office.
