RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Pieter Uys, a non-executive director, and Mr Willem van Wyk, alternate non-executive
director, have resigned from the Board of Directors of Grindrod with effect from 17 October
2022.
Grindrod wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Pieter for his contribution and service
over the nine years of his tenure as a non-executive director and to Willem as his alternate,
both of whom added great value to the Board.
