Further to the announcement published on SENS on Tuesday, 18 October 2022, relating to the
Agrarius Sustainability Engineered Sukuk bookbuild, the Company hereby advises that the closing
date and time for the bookbuild has been extended until 17h00 on Thursday, 20 October 2022.
The reason for the extension is to afford investors with additional time to finalise their participation
application forms.
