RICHEFOND CIRCLE (RF) LIMITED – CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Olivia van Gisbergen and Rishendrie Thanthony have emigrated and accordingly
have resigned as directors of the Company. Nicholas Russell Clarke is appointed as a director
with immediate effect.
The Board expresses its gratitude to the leadership of Olivia and Rishendrie and their wise
counsel during their tenure at Richefond Circle (RF) Limited. The Board further welcomes
Nicholas as a director of the Company. Noteholders will be advised in due course of the candidate
that is to fulfil the other vacancy.
