NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST: SECTION 122
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, Reunert shareholders are
advised that the Company has received a notification that Pzena Investment Management, LCC (“Pzena
Investment”) has disposed of a beneficial interest in Reunert securities (“Disposal”).
Following the Disposal, Pzena Investment now holds 3.58% of the total issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
