AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTORS’ ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022
In accordance with paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that
the audited annual financial statements of Discovery Vitality Proprietary Limited and Discovery Health
Proprietary Limited (“Discovery Health”) (collectively, the “Guarantors”) for the year ended 30 June 2022 (the
“financial statements”) are available on the Issuer’s website at
https://www.discovery.co.za/corporate/additional-material.
Noteholders are advised that the audit reports on the Guarantors’ financial statements were unqualified, with
no modifications applicable.
Discovery Health restated its Statement of financial position for the year ended 30 June 2021 to be consistent
with the disclosure adopted at 30 June 2022. The restatement was as a result of the change in the order of
presentation of line items on the face of the Statement of financial position and a reclassification of items from
financial assets. There was no impact on the current or comparative profit for the year, cash flows for the year
or the net asset value.
