an independent non-executive director with effect from Tuesday, 1 November 2022.
Mr. Ngobese Sakhiwo Ngobese has a Dip DPSA, B. Com, EDP and 20 years of
experience in the field of information technology in the media and entertainment industry.
He has extensive experience in IT modernisation and transformation and specialises in IT
Architecture management, IT Infrastructure management and IT Governance and Risk
management.
