FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s cautionary announcement dated
21 September 2022, advising shareholders that the Company had entered into a process
which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities. The process relates to the potential sale of GPI and/or its underlying assets. This
is in keeping with GPI’s stated strategy of unlocking shareholder value and returning capital
to GPI shareholders.
The process is still on going. The Company is continuing discussions with potential bidders
and will notify shareholders of developments in due course.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a full announcement is made.
