DEATH OF A DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Buka Investments Limited (the Board) is deeply saddened to
announce that Nelisiwe Magubane, independent non-executive director of the company,
passed away on 30 October 2022. The Board extends its deepest condolences and
sympathies to Mrs Magubane’s family and friends and would like to take this opportunity
to express its gratitude for her significant and highly valued contribution to the Company
during her tenure as Director.
