RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms Nerishini Naidoo has
resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and executive director of the Company
with effect from Tuesday, 1 November 2022, in order to pursue other interests. Ms Naidoo
will be serving a 3 month notice period until 31 January 2023.
The Board would like to thank Ms Naidoo for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.
