Notice Regarding the Passing of Independent Non-Executive Director
The Santova Board of Directors regrets to announce the passing of Mr Warwick Lombard on 1
November 2022.
Warwick has been an Independent Non-Executive Director since 5 June 2008, having served as
Chairman of the Board since 24 July 2017.
During his 14 years of dedicated and selfless service, Warwick’s strong character was exemplified
by his compassion, good sense of humour, strong sense of responsibility, respect for others, and
his unwavering ability to remain objective and fair in all circumstances. It was these qualities,
together with his vast experience and business acumen that contributed to the continued success
of the Group.
The board of directors extends their thoughts and deepest sympathy to his family during this
difficult time.
