In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Growthpoint Properties Limited advises that the
Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for
Mr Andile Sangqu has been amended to state that a company of
which he has been a director in the past 12 months, being Tongaat
Hulett Limited, has been placed under business rescue.
The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
